Rhubarb Crunch

1 cup sifted flour
3/4 cup uncooked oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Mix till crumbly. Press 1/2 crumbs into 9" baking pan. Cover with 3 cups of diced rhubarb.
Cook until thick and clear:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2T cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
Pour over rhubarb. Top with remaining crumbs and Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy
